Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to feel confident about your purchase. Please read our policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable items (e.g. food)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Some personal care items

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Returns Process

  1. Email us at shop@misslulu.au to request a return.
  2. Send the item to 4 Tracey St, Doncaster East, VIC 3109
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items.
  4. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (processing times vary)
  • Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at shop@misslulu.au and send the item to: 4 Tracey St, Doncaster East, VIC 3109


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the gift wasn’t marked or was sent to the purchaser first, we’ll issue a refund to the gift giver.
