The following additional terms apply to all toy rental agreements within the Melbourne Metropolitan Area.

1. Eligibility: Rentals are available to residents of the Melbourne metropolitan area only. Renters must be 18 years or older.

2. Rental Period: Toys are rented on a monthly basis. The maximum rental term is 3 months. Extensions may be approved only if no other customer is on the waitlist for the item.

3. Bond & Fees: A refundable bond is required per item. Bond deductions or additional fees may apply if: the toy is returned uncleaned, the toy is damaged (beyond normal wear and tear), or any pieces are missing. Replacement fees for missing/damaged parts will be assessed individually.

4. Return Policy: Items must be returned by the agreed return date. Late returns may incur late fees, unless a formal extension has been granted. All returns must be clean (free of dirt, food, or residue), dry and sanitary, and returned with all parts, packaging, and instructions (if applicable).

5. Delivery & Pickup: Delivery and/or pickup can be arranged for an additional fee, quoted at time of booking. You may also choose to drop off and collect items from our nominated location. Missed pickups or returns without notice may incur a rescheduling fee.

6. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date to receive a full refund. No refunds are provided for early returns unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Responsibility & Safety: It is the renter’s responsibility to supervise children while using any rented toys. Sproutsage Pty Ltd is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or misuse of items. Toys are intended for use under adult supervision only.
